 View event registrations

View event registrations

1. In the left-hand menu bar, click **Projects**. This displays a list of all existing projects.
2. Click on a **Title** to open a project.
3. In the project sub-menu under **Content**, click **Events**. This shows all the events that exist for this project.
4. Select an event. The default landing page is **Registrations**, where you can see the full list of users that have registered to attend the selected event.
5. The registrations page displays detailed attendee information including:

    - **User name** - Click on any name to view the user's full profile
    - **Contact details** - Email address
    - **Location information** - Postcodes and regional data
    - **Additional profile details** - Answers to your custom user fields, such as gender or education level. These show only to people whose role lets them view the user list. See [Customise the sign-up form](/articles/custom-user-fields)

**Note:** If you've enabled the “Allow registration“ option when creating your event, users can register online and their details will appear here.

The detailed attendee information helps you better plan your events by understanding participant demographics, accessibility needs, and location distribution. You can use this data to improve catering estimates, parking arrangements, and follow-up communications.

Export registrations
--------------------

To download the registrations for an event as a spreadsheet:

1. Open the event, so you are on the **Registrations** tab.
2. Click **More...**, then **Export registrations**.

The file downloads as an Excel (XLSX) spreadsheet. It lists each registrant's name and email address, the answers to your custom user fields, and the date they registered.

**Note:** The export covers the selected event only.
