### What's new

**Clone a project, or save it as a template** - Clone an existing project page to get a working copy you can edit, or save it as a template so your team can start every similar project from the same approved setup.

**Export event registrations** - Download the list of people registered for an event as a spreadsheet, ready to use as an attendance list or to work with offline.

**Notification improvements** - Approval and moderation notifications more accurately target who needs to know, including Reviewers and Project Managers who hold their role within a team, across all tools.

**Show project content site-wide** - When someone clicks a View all button (e.g. view all Events), you can now choose to display items from your public projects as well as site-wide content. It's off by default, to turn it on go to **Settings → Content → Projects**.

**Tables in content** - The table editor handles column resizing, improved copy-paste behaviour, and different screen sizes more reliably.

**Private projects** - Choose who can view a private project: specific users, user groups, teams or user types, or anyone with the password.

**See what's live** - Content lists now have a labelled Live column you can sort and filter on, so you can see what the public can see right now, even while a newer draft is in progress.

### Minor enhancements

- **Templates for team members** - Team Leads, Project Managers and Engagement Officers who hold their role within a team can now use the Template Library in their team's projects.
- **Embedded surveys** - when a survey needs an account, the embed now offers a button that opens the survey on your engagement site, where visitors can sign in and take part.
- **Sign-in codes** - visitors are now told whether a code is incorrect or has expired, so they know whether to check it or request a new one.
- **Content cards** - cards no longer grow when you hover over them. The link you can click is highlighted instead.
- **Accessibility and sharing** - including clearer screen reader announcements for rating questions and richer shared links featuring the full page URL and image
- **Dashboard speed** - improvements to dashboard speeds during peak hours.
- **Mobile menu** - All menu link icons now show in the mobile menu.
